Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how PaidTruth (“PaidTruth”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit paidtruth.com or use the PaidTruth service. PaidTruth is operated by Muhammad Abdul Kadir Reduan, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Contact: hello@paidtruth.com.
1. Information we collect
Account information. Your name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), organization name, role and billing status.
Waitlist information. If you join our waitlist, your email address, the role you select, and the page you signed up from.
Connected platform data. When you authorize PaidTruth to access Meta, Google Ads or Google Analytics 4 (GA4), we access, on a read-only basis:
- Meta: ad account and campaign metadata, spend, pixel/dataset configuration, aggregated event counts and statistics, and event match quality scores.
- Google Ads: customer account metadata, campaign metadata and spend, conversion action configuration and aggregated conversion statistics.
- GA4: property and data-stream configuration, key event settings and aggregated event and key-event counts.
We store only aggregated event counts and configuration metadata. We do not collect or store personal data about the visitors or customers of your websites.
Usage and technical data. Log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps, and security logs of logins, connections and plan changes.
Payment information. Payments are processed by third-party hosted checkout providers. We never receive or store card or bank account numbers.
2. How we use information
- To provide the service: run tracking-health checks, reconcile conversions, calculate Health Scores, and generate reports and alerts.
- To operate your account, provide support, and send service emails (verification, alerts, weekly summaries).
- To notify waitlist members about early access and launch.
- To secure the service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your data. We do not use connected platform data for advertising, to build audiences, or to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
3. Google API Services — Limited Use disclosure
PaidTruth’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data from Google Ads and Google Analytics is used only to provide and improve the user-facing features of PaidTruth that you request, is not transferred to third parties except as needed to provide the service, comply with law or as part of a merger or acquisition, and is not read by humans except with your consent, for security purposes, or to comply with law.
4. Meta Platform data
Data received from Meta is processed in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and used only to provide PaidTruth’s tracking-health features to you. You can remove PaidTruth’s access at any time from your Meta Business settings, and request deletion as described in our Data Deletion instructions.
5. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate PaidTruth (such as hosting, transactional email and payment processors), under obligations to protect it; when required by law; or in connection with a business transfer. Workspace owners can invite viewers who will see that workspace’s data.
6. Security
Platform access tokens are encrypted at rest with keys stored separately from the database, refreshed automatically and never sent to your browser. Data is isolated per organization. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard measures.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep account and connected-platform data while your account is active. If you disconnect a platform, we stop accessing it and delete its stored tokens. On account deletion, we delete your data within 30 days, except where we must retain records for legal, tax or security reasons. Waitlist data is kept until launch communications end or until you ask us to remove it.
8. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and withdraw consent for marketing emails at any time. Email hello@paidtruth.com.
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure. We may use analytics and advertising tags (such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) on our marketing website to understand site usage and measure our own marketing.
10. Children
PaidTruth is a business service and is not directed at anyone under 18.
11. Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with an updated date. Material changes will be notified by email to account holders.
