Data Deletion Instructions

You can remove PaidTruth’s access to your accounts and request deletion of your data at any time.

Option 1 — Delete from your PaidTruth account

1. Sign in to PaidTruth.
2. Go to Settings → Connections and click Disconnect on any Meta, Google Ads or GA4 connection. Stored access tokens are deleted immediately.
3. To delete everything, go to Settings → Organization → Delete workspace, or Account → Delete account.

Option 2 — Remove access from Meta

1. Open Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites (or Meta Business Settings → Integrations → Connected apps).
2. Find PaidTruth and click Remove.
3. Then email us (Option 4) if you also want stored data deleted.

Option 3 — Remove access from Google

1. Visit myaccount.google.com/permissions.
2. Select PaidTruth and choose Remove access.

Option 4 — Email request

Email hello@paidtruth.com with the subject “Data deletion request” from the email address on your account (or the one you used for the waitlist). We will confirm your request and delete your data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, tax or security reasons. You will receive a confirmation code you can use to check the status of your request.

What gets deleted

Your account and profile, workspace data, connection tokens, stored scan results, reconciliation history, Health Score history and waitlist record.
